We work with Auto Accident Patients, Chiropractors, Attorneys and Personal Injury Marketing Teams to facilitate in obtaining an Emergency Medical Condition (EMC) for qualified patients. An EMC statement can only be provided by a nurse practitioner, physician, dentist, or physician’s assistant. Once an EMC has been established, an accident victim has access to PIP insurance. In Florida, seeking initial medical treatment is limited to the first 14 days after an accident, but there is no time limit to obtain a statement for an EMC.

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
Flexible appointments for telehealth visits can be made in advance or in most cases, the same day. We also have evenings and weekend appointments available. The Fee for an EMC is $100 and is collected at the time of service. We DO NOT bill car or insurance carriers.
Chart Review is another convenient alternative to determine qualification. We will carefully review all current medical records, ER, and Urgent Care visits, including XR, CT and MRI reports. Records can emailed as an attachment to juliebearcefnp@gmail.com. The fee for a chart review is $75 and is collected at the time of service.
We offer initial evaluations for medical treatment, write prescriptions, and determine an EMC in the same visit.
